The current PC game already takes the amount of players and their average combat level into account, to determine how many pests to spawn and what their combat levels are, so it scales rather well.

Portal at the end of doak also put the super portal +all four portals there for elite

It's not an object that I can simply spawn (like a bank booth). The boat is a part of the map, like sea or grass or mountains.
I might be able to duplicate a part of the map like I did for construction (each room is a copy of a map piece somewhere in the middle of nowhere), but I can't promise it'll work. I'll give it a try though.

Either way, if that doesn't work, I'll just make the boat contain a few different "heights" like the instanced boss rooms, and give players the choice when clicking the gangplank.

Just make the npc that you get the korasi from, have a option to teleport to the elite void height of pest control.
