If an honor is venged the veng still hits you so it's possible to stack a dd with venged honors to ruin clan wars..

But only one account per IP can enter CW at any time. Instead of it being an honor, it can just be a normal account venging, can't it?

Frosts are still level 207 and 254, not 275.
They do, however, drop elites (at least according to 5+ people on yell).
Also, could Pkhonor.net/drops (now the wiki) be updated to reflect that they drop elites?

I'm well aware. There hasn't been a client update yet, but they do drop the elite clues, so I don't see the problem.
