1: You can still kill the scouts with pures, the main issue as of now is immune scouts. Also if you have siblings or roommates that play pkhonor too you'd lose that 4 accounts fast enough.
2: You can still ask other people, scouts make more people quit than the amount of new kids that can't wait 30 minutes, heck they can even YouTube search pkhonor pking to get the illusion that it's active. As of now they see a DEAD wildy and leave anyway? After wildy improvements like this it will be more active so it will even be better to have the restriction than not to have it.
3: True, I tried my best for that and that's all I can do...

Like a year ago maybe two, due to people spam creating hundreds of accounts at varrock to crash the server.

Person was logging on on like 800+ spoofed accounts or some shit (rapsey explained it to me at the time but i don't remember now) and overloading the server. I dont have my old screenshots but I think the highest players online was 1300 before the server crashed.
