Make slayer helmet's bonus scale with slayer streak?

Thank you... Been waiting for this since so many people abuse the slayer helm bonus. I worked hard for my pvm gear and even with the max bonus i still cant manage to outhit players with slayer helm bonus.. It is quite aggravating to the point where I don't even want to pvm anymore due to the fact that I have 10% chance of getting the kill. I agree with that the bonus relies on your slayer streak and this would hopefully stop the abuse of the bonus, espically during ongoing weekly events.

Regarding the Slayer Helmet (i), an idea could be that you gain 2% accuracy per task instead of the 1% that the slayer helm has currently.
You could also make it so it's accuracy is always 5% (even after a reset) and can go up to 20%

I think it should have other benefits than more dmg and accuracy... The current 15% is lots and impossible for ppl to crash.

Examine/ operate slayer helmet to see the tasks and kills left, makes up an inventory spot for gem
