Why do you deserve a rank-up? I try to help out clan members with any problem they have. if they have trouble soloing bosses (for example for slayer) il help them.
How many events do you host/Participate in daily? I just started setting up nex runs. and when i need to go gwd for slayer i ask people with me so they get loot. when im borred i sometimes set up risky barrows runs
