Except in CC's there are multiple people that can moderate the CC's.. generals, etc.. This is a smart idea because you can give someone the ability to mute someone on JUST the CC because it's your own decision. This would remove the Moderator aspect out of it.Canthitme1 wrote:Then the cc's will blow up and we will have that new problem I like these punishment sets pepople just need to respect eachother or suffer the consequences MOD MUST ISSUE A WARNING BEFORE THEY MUTE WITH SUCH SEVEAR PUNISHMENTS THORamadan wrote:I'd probably (if still playing the game) be okay with the loss of yell. It would give clan chats more of a purpose. It would move pointless fights, and flaming out of the eyes of new players who see it and then leave. I do believe I suggested the removal of yell and everyone's excuse was "it's a major perk for donator's and Prem's" Which, yes, it is but so are a lot of other things. I'd rather join a "Trade" CC, or a "PK" CC. I find those a lot more fun personally.. Keeping the yell system for more important information that Moderators+ would use it for.
Moderators, get ready for the flame that this post is about to cause. Here at PKH, no ones opinion is truly allowed unless it's the 'right' one.

How about a auto-mute system, that would keep a log of the yell mutes for player X, and punish accordingly.
How this would be done, make the system so it picks up on such key words, and the number of post for a certain amount of time. Although, it would be very rocky, at first anyways, it would be easier than having most staff judge it. Seeing as some mods pick up on different things, and punish to their liking.

If you're not mature enough to handle bad language, turn yell off.
Unless you see someone you hate say anything closely related to going against a rule, screenshot it and report it, and then hope for the best because you might even squeeze a six hour yell mute form a mod

Why was this option added if it cannot be used properly.Vik vaughn wrote:If you're not mature enough to handle bad language, turn yell off.

^This idea is wonderful, For those strong hearted and mature enough that can take profanity and vulgarity then they should be able to see\use yell how they please.
This does not however mean that anything goes on yell. If a staff member (including the helpers) have to warn you about anything in the server. then this means you didn't comply with the rules stated that everyone should(have) read before playing.
There should be a disclaimer when players first log in to ensure they agree to the rules and standards of pkhonor before they enjoy the game, this way no one is exempt from the "I didn't know that was a law" excuse.

Essentially sir, the whole of yell is looking for someone you dislike to say anything you can vaguely scramble a report together for.^This idea is wonderful, For those strong hearted and mature enough that can take profanity and vulgarity then they should be able to see\use yell how they please.

Even myself, if it's someone I hate I've actually got someone muted for telling me to "fuck myself" and how ridiculous is that?!
Or, it's for arguments, or "baiting" which shouldn't even be a rule it's just a phrase some soft twat uses when he's been beaten.
Why can't arguments be allowed though? If someone's clearly started an argument there should be some rules and left to battle it out.
I.e. the moderators just mute whoever loses the argument, but there would be simple rules like.
"U mad" Instant loss. Any reference to fathers, mothers, sisters, etc. "ur sister suked me off" Instant loss. Bad grammar, instant loss etc. etc.
Couples with excessive swearing being an instant mute. EVERYBODY IS HAPPY.
"Listen here you utter miscreant, all you're doing is embarrassing yourself, pipe down" If in reply to this, the other man comes back with no #par, it's a mute for the first guy. Just toughen up a little and fight your own battles.

Re: Yell channel: what shouldn't be allowed?
Fuck no!!!! Honestly you should not remove yell for prem/donors u will lose much more players even though u are right now,and the only reason i got donator was yell!oh if yell is removed i guess i can refund my donor and just buy mboxes instead?
And about the punishments they are kind of strict but i dont really care since i dont usually get yellmuted i usually buy/sell and if i flame/curse its only to the lagg i got 2 days yellmute for saying fuck this fucking lagg...and i guess someone deleted my staff report lol.oh well yeah anyways i dont really care about the punishments but yell should be kept
Suggestion:as u said have a meter if ur meter got to 21hour(21yell mute hours) u get a perm yellmute which is only appealable after 2 months.and if u get muted for racism/sexual shit un appealable perm yellmute and maybe 2 weeks normal chat mute i think thats strict enough?
