Why you want to rank up: I personally think we need more people that show leadership in the clan since we have alot of stars that either took a break, quit or are dealing with real life things. That being said I think I've proven myself in the clan, being in it for 4 months now (Yes, I took a break after I got suspended), and I'd like to apply for the rank of Luitenant.
