I have, it was 11 11 7 22 on the guide.

I keep changing it to 11 15 but I swear it keeps changing.. hmm..

Edit: it has now been fixed to 11 15 7 22

Run all the way west from green dragons, maintaining level 18, once you get to the obelisk, then run south easy. The chaos temple is surrounded by lava.
